Our best tour operator yet. The itinerary was carefully thought through and well balanced. The trip represented great travel for the cost. Our booking was easy, the pre-information packet was timely and thorough. Interim questions were handled promptly and thoroughly, including going out of their way to help us with some hard to get reservations. The transfers were perfect and done with a high class Mercedes vehicle. Everything worked like clockwork. However, it was the genius of the itinerary, coupled with our two passionate professionals, Naina and Sreeja that put this trip into the A plus category.

When planning for our recent trip to India for both dental services and a vacation we were fortunate to be referred to Sreeja Vipin, at Floral Destination Management. Sreeja organized everything for us, from the moment of our touching down at the airport in Cochin to the moment we took off to return home from Bangalore.

What was particularly impressive was the personal attention. Sreeja met us the day we arrived to review our itinerary and make sure that all was in order for us. She checked in with us numerous times during our stay to ascertain that our drivers and guides were meeting our expectations, and that the hotels, excursions and everything was just as it should be. She was available to us on a 24/7 basis. We arrived in India as clients – and left as friends.
