Sreeja organized everything for us, from the moment of our touching down at the airport in Cochin to the moment we took off to return home from Bangalore.
What was particularly impressive was the personal attention. Sreeja met us the day we arrived to review our itinerary and make sure that all was in order for us. She checked in with us numerous times during our stay to ascertain that our drivers and guides were meeting our expectations, and that the hotels, excursions and everything was just as it should be. She was available to us on a 24/7 basis. We arrived in India as clients – and left as friends.
